Agreement
By completing and sending a duly signed order form, the customer concludes a legal contract with UCPro. In case no written and signed order form exists, the general conditions in this document apply
Services
UCPro provides IT services for implementing Enterprise Grade off-the-shelve applications. These service may contain (but are not limited):
- Business Consulting
- Technical Consulting
- Project Management
Overall, Services are provided remote, unless agreed differently in a written and duly signed order form.
Meetings shall be agreed upon at least 48h upfront. Meetings will not be charged when cancelled at least 24h before the agreed time, afterwards they will be fully charged according to the planning that was made.
Prices
All services are charged at 110€/hour exclusive VAT, unless agreed differently in a written and duly signed order form. Prices do not include travel or other charges that directly incur from the services provided.
Invoices
UCPro sends invoices monthly or at the end of the agreement (in case of short term agreements).
Payments
All agreements have a 7 calendar days payment term, unless agreed differently in a written and duly signed order form.
In case of failure to pay in due time, UCPro may demand an annual default interest accounting 5% above the base interest rate of the European Central Bank.
Complaints
Complaints concerning ordered and delivered products or services need to arrive within 48 hours after delivery via support@ucpro.be.
For non-personalised products, if the costumer isn’t satisfied he can return the product within 7 days and he’ll be refunded. ( all mailing costs exclusive).
